営業再開のお知らせとご予約に関して
いつもお世話になっております。
5月13日の政府発表に従い、当店の営業を5月18日より再開いたします。
大変長らくお待たせいたしました。
また皆様にお会いできるときをスタッフ一同楽しみにお待ち申し上げております。
こちらでは、下記について記載させていただいております。
① 営業時間
② スタイリストの勤務予定
③ 当店での対策
① 営業時間
サロン再開後6月末までは下記の予定で営業いたします。（変更の可能性もございます。）
また、7月以降は夕方以降の時間も営業を再開する予定です。
【営業時間】
月 9:00～16:30
火 9:00～17:00
水 お休み、または9:30～17:00
木 9:00～16:30
金 9:00～16:30
土 お休み、または9:00～16:30
日・祝日 お休み
② スタイリストの勤務予定
Noriko ：現在ご予約を承っておりません。
Mayumi ：月・火・木・金・土（土は日によってお休みとなります。）
Masaki ：火・水・木・金・土 （現在のところ予約は7月1日よりお取りしております。変更となる可能性もございます。）
Yukiko ：水曜のみ（近日中は、5月27日、6月10日、6月24日です。）

③ 当店の対策
また、営業を再開するにあたり、NORIKO MATSUSHITAでは以下の対策を実施いたします。
【店舗での対策】
・ 店舗消毒、換気の徹底
・ お客様ごとの器具の消毒
・ アルコール消毒
・ 雑誌、ドリンク、ひざ掛けの提供の休止
・ スタッフのマスクの着用
・ 飛沫防止のため最低限のコミュニケーションにて静かに施術をさせていただきます。
・ スタッフが、２週間以内の海外渡航や感染の可能性が有る接触があった場合は、２週間以上自宅で待機してからサロンに出勤するようにしております。
【ご予約に関して】
・ 1度につき1名様のみご予約をお取りいたします。
・ キャンセル料を休止いたします。ご体調のすぐれない方は、どうぞご遠慮なくご予約をキャンセルいただきますようお願いいたします。
・ カットのご予約はすべて先にシャンプーをさせていただきます。
・ 現在プロダクトのご購入に関してもご予約を頂いております。
ご希望のプロダクト名、ピックアップご希望日をご記入の上ご予約のご連絡をいただきますようよろしくお願いいたします。
ご予約がない場合はご来店いただきましても販売ができない可能性がございます。
・ 全てのご予約は基本的にメールにて承っております。店舗でのご予約は承っておりません。（次回のご予約に関しても同様です）
・ 予約数の制限としまして下記のご予約はお取りすることができません。こちらの予約数の制限は7月末までとさせていただきます。

【お客様のご来店時のお願い】
・ 風邪の症状や37度以上の発熱がある方、2週間以内に海外への渡航歴のある方（または同居する方で同様の場合）はご来店をお控えください。
・ ご予約のあるお客様のみでお越しください。恐れ入りますがお付添いの方のご入店はできません。
・ ご予約はお時間通りにお越しいただきますようお願いいたします。設備の消毒を徹底しておりますので消毒が終わるまでは店舗へのご入店ができません。
・ 予約が大変込み合っておりますので、15分以上ご予約に遅れた場合はいかなる場合でも施術はできかねます。
・ ご来店時に手指消毒をお願いしております。
・ 店舗では十分な喚起を行っております。気温が低い可能性がありますので、一枚多めの服をご準備ください。
・ マスクのご着用をお願いいたします。（水濡れや薬剤、細かい髪の毛が付着する場合がございます。替えのマスクのご持参をお勧めします。店頭でも2ユーロで販売しております。）
・ コロナ対策の為ご予約1回につき3ユーロをいただいております。大変申し訳ございませんがご理解のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
ご予約に関してたくさんのお問合せをいただいております。
ご予約のお返事は通常よりも少しお時間をいただいておりますが、必ずお返事させていただきます。
また、お電話でのお問合せでも、ご予約に関しては順番にお返事させていただいておりますのですぐにはお返事ができない可能性がございます。
お待たせして申し訳ございませんが、何卒ご了承いただきますよう、よろしくお願いいたします。
再開後も色々とご不便をおかけしてしまうかと思いますが、お客様とスタッフの安全を第一に考え万全の態勢で営業していく所存です。

Our salon will reopen as of May 18th!

Following the Government announcement on May 13th, we will reopen our salon as of May 18th.
We are looking forward to seeing you all again soon!

① Opening hours
We are open on following schedule until the end of June. (Subject to change)
Mon 9:00～16:30
Tue 9:00～17:00
Wed Closed or 9:30～17:00
Thu 9:00～16:30
Fri 9:00～16:30
Sat Closed or 9:00～16:30
Sun・National holiday Closed
We are planning to resume bookings in the evening time from July.
② Staff schedule
Noriko ：We do not take any booking at the moment.
Mayumi ：Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat（Off on some saturdays）
Masaki ：Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat（We take bookings with him from July 1st. This may change.）
Yukiko ：Wed（May 27th, June 10th and June 24th in the coming weeks.）

③ The measures against Coronavirus
The health and wellbeing of customers and our staff is the utmost importance and we are applying the following measures.
【In the salon】
・ Bookings only (For buying the product as well.)
・ Thoroughly disinfect and ventilate
・ Disinfection of equipment for each customer
・ Wearing a mask is mandatory for the customers and the staff
・ During haircut, the staff will quietly operate with minimal communication to prevent airborne droplet.
・ If any of us has traveled overseas for less than two weeks or if there is a possibility of infection, we do not have this staff in our salon for 2 weeks.
【About booking】
・ We take 1 booking at a time.
・ Cancellation policy will not apply to any cancellation. If you are not feeling well or have any type of symptoms, please kindly reschedule your booking.
・ We do shampoo before all haircut.
・ We currently take booking by email. Any booking including rebooking cannot be made in the salon.
・ To limit the number of bookings, we will not take any bookings for the following services until the end of July. This may be extended futher.
→Eyelash extensions, nails, head spa and haircut under 12 y/o.
【When you come to the salon】
・ Wearing a mask is mandatory in the salon. We recommend to bring an extra as it can be wet or dirty with water or hair color solution（we have masks available for 2 euros/pc in the salon）.
・ Please reschedule your booking if you have a cold or have a fever of 37 degrees or higher, or if you or a person living with you have traveled abroad in the past two weeks.
・ Please come by yourself for the booking. We have only one customer at a time in the salon.
・ Please come on time for your booking. We thoroughly disinfect the equipment. You cannot enter the store until the disinfection is completed.
・ We are not able to keep your booking if you are late more than 15mins.
・ Please use our hand sanitizer when entering the salon.
・ We will leave the window open. Please take an extra layer for your comfort.
・ We kindly ask 3 euros for each booking to keep our salon virus-free. Thank you for your understanding.
We have received many inquiries regarding bookings.
It will take us a little longer than usual to reply to your booking request, but we will never miss to reply!
We apologize in advance if we cannot answer your call or confirm your booking directly by phone.
