Cancellation fee
当店でのご予約のキャンセルや変更は、ご予約の(12時までのご予約：前日の14時まで、それ以降のご予約：前日の17時まで)にご連絡いただきますようよろしくお願いいたします。
それ以降のキャンセルや変更は、いかなる理由でも下記のキャンセル料が発生いたします。
また、ご予約に10分以上遅れてのご来店、その他お客様のご都合で施術の変更やキャンセルが必要となった場合は、ご予約いただいていた施術料金100％をいただきます。

If you need to cancel/change your appointment, please contact us by 14:00 on the day prior to your appointment if your appointment is before 12:00, by 17:00 on the day prior to your appointment if your appointment is after 12:00.
Cancellations/changes of your appointment after this period will occur following cancellation fee.
If the booked services have to be changed or cancelled due to the late arrival (more than 10 mins) or any other reasons than the ones originated from the salon, the full price of the original booked services will be charged.

45€以下のご予約の場合でも同キャンセル料金が発生いたします。
Cancellation fee is 45€ for all eyelashes services.
オフなどの40€以下のご予約の場合でも同キャンセル料金が発生いたします。
Cancellation fee is 40€ for all gel nail services.
お直しが必要の場合は、施術から1週間以内にご連絡いただきますようお願いいたします。また、お直しなどのご対応はその期間に当店にご来店いただくことのできる方のみとさせていただきます。

Please contact us within 1 week if a re-do is needed. The aftercare services including re-do is only available to those who can come back to the salon within that period.
