●5月3日までの営業停止
4月15日のベルギー政府からの正式発表にて、外出制限が5月3日まで延長されました。
それに伴い、当店でも営業停止の期間延長が必要となりました。
現在、5月3日までのご予約をいただいておりますお客様のご予約をお受けすることができなくなってしまい、ご迷惑をお掛けしてしまい、大変申し訳ございません。
また、新規ご予約をご検討のお客様にも重ねてお詫び申し上げます。
何卒ご理解のほどお願い申し上げます。
外出制限はさらに延期される恐れもございます。
当店のサロン再開などに関しては、政府からの新たな発表があり次第、情報を更新させていただきます。
ご予約に関するご連絡へのお返事ですが、再開決定の日時や営業方法が政府より発表されましたらお一人づつ返信させていただきます。
●5月3日までご予約をいただいておりますお客様
閉店期間中にご予約をいただいておりましたお客様に関しましては、優先的にご予約をお取りさせていただきます。
すでにご予約をいただいております日にちと、ご希望メニュー、ご希望スケジュールをメールにてご連絡くださいませ。
●スタッフの勤務スケジュールに関して
また、各スタッフにより今後の予約可能の開始時期に関して変更がございます。
NORIKO,MASAKIの予約に関しては下記をご覧くださいませ。
・オーナーNORIKOのご予約は、大変恐縮ですが5月25日以降に頂いております全てのご予約をキャンセルさせていただきます。大変申し訳ございません。
ベルギー店、スリランカ店両店の調整のため、ベルギーへの帰国の目処が立っておらず、現在のままのご予約を確保することが大変難しくなってしまいました。
長期の不在が続いてしまう可能性もございますが、予定が確定しましたらすぐにお知らせいたします。
・スタイリストMASAKIのご予約は、（現在、日本に帰国中のため）最短で6月1日以降での予約のご希望を受け付けさせていただいております。
＊ベルギー政府及び航空会社の今後の変更に伴い、延期する可能性がございます。現時点では、航空会社からは５月15日までは出発しないと聞いております。また、ベルギーに戻った際には２週間の外出自粛を予定しております。
このような状況ですので、大変申し訳ございませんがサロンへのご予約・ご変更に関しましては、メールにてお受けしております。

●Our salon is closed until May 3rd
The lockdown got extended until May 3 by the official announcement from the government as of April 15th.
Along with that, we will also have to postpone resuming our salon.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to clients who currently have a booking until May 3 as well as clients who are considering to make a new booking.
This lockdown may be extended even further.
We will update the information as soon as there is a formal announcement from the government about salon reopening.
We will reply to each booking inquires once the reopening date and how to operate was decided by the government.

●For clients who have a booking until May 3rd
For clients who had made a booking during the closing period, we will try to rebook the bookings with priority.
Please contact us by e-mail with the date you have already booked, the menu and the stylist(if you have preference), and the schedule (please give us 3 time-slots that you prefer).
●Stylist schedule
Please see the following for reservation of NORIKO and MASAKI.
・ Booking with Stylist MASAKI can be made after June 1st as he is now in Japan and there is no flight back to Belgium at the moment.
* May be postponed due to future changes in the Belgian government and airlines. At this moment, no flight departs from Japan to Europe until May 15th.
Also, he will be self-quarantined for 2 weeks after coming back to Europe.
・We are afraid that we have to cancel all bookings with Noriko made after May 25th as her business trip may be extended and we are unable to guarantee when she is able to return to Belgium.
There is a possibility that her absence will continue for a long time. We will notify you as soon as the schedule is confirmed.
