ベルギー在住の日本人を中心に立ち上がった【Nuu Miso】は、殺菌処理をせずヨーロッパのBio素材を使用している生みそタイプ。元気な善玉菌がいっぱいで、免疫力アップも期待できる優れものです！
当店では味噌の他にも麹などのお取り扱いもございますので、英語版下の商品一覧をご覧くださいませ。

１．メールにてご希望の商品と数量、ご来店ご希望日（ご来店時のピックアップもOK）をご連絡ください。
２．ご来店時に、現金にて代金をお支払いください。

[Nuu Miso] was established by Japanese and Belgian artists living in Belgium, is a raw miso type that uses European bio-ingredients. With full of healthy good bacteria, this excellent product can help you improve immunity!
In addition to miso, there will also be koji and other products in our selection.
Please see the product list below.

We accept orders by the following steps.
1. Send us an email of which products and how many of them, and the date you would like to visit us (pick-up can be done also when you have an appointment with us).
2. Payment by cash on the day of picking up the products.

お味噌仕込みの会を開催いたします。

大豆 OR あずき OR ひよこ豆　の3種類から選んで頂きます。予約時にお伝えください。（予約先着順5名定員。締切７月１５日）
それぞれに味わいがあって、とっても美味しいお味噌になります。
自分で一から作るお味噌は乳酸菌たっぷり。腸を元気にして免疫をあげて、日々を豊かにしていきましょう！お味噌は毎日摂りたい健康食品です！

アーティスト/株式会社ANA CEO

東京生まれ、幼少期をスイスで過ごす。武蔵野美術大学空間演出学科卒業。極めて自然でありのままの姿に近づくためのインスタレーション作品を国内外共に制作。2020年に発表した〈AFTERBEFORE2020〉を機に、地面を掘るという物理的・精神的なそぎ落としの行為とその結果生まれる「穴」の存在から「減らす美」という新たなテーマを見出し、’ANA’作品発表や体験型’DIG JOURNEY’等活動。

地球惑星学・超音波・地学・物理学等の科学者とのコラボレーションも多数。一方で、東京のスタジオZig、キッズスクール大丈夫パワー、PP.OPEN STOREの運営を行う。

Artist, CEO, ANA Ltd.

Born in Tokyo and spent her childhood in Switzerland. Graduated from Musashino Art University. Produces installation works both in Japan and abroad to approach the extremely natural and unadulterated. With “AFTERBEFORE2020,” she discovered a new theme of “the beauty of reduction” through the physical and mental act of digging the ground and the resulting “hole,” and has been presenting “ANA” works and “DIG JOURNEY,” an interactive experience.

She has also collaborated with many scientists. On the other hand, she manages Studio Zig in Tokyo, Kids school DAIJOBU POWER, and PP.OPEN STORE.

気持ちの良い時期がベルギーにもやって来ましたね。いかがお過ごしでしょうか？

日本にしばらく暮らしていた間に、美容師になってからずっと温めてきた想いを形にすべく、100%Organic 素材のみで作る商品の自社研究・開発を進めて来ました。
自信を持って皆様にお披露目できるようになりましたので、是非これをシェアしていきたいと考えております。
100%Organic 素材のみで作るから、赤ちゃんにも安心してお使いいただけて、口に入っても問題ございません。肌のトラブルに悩んでいる方にも是非作ってみていただきたい商品ばかりです。
全身用クリームや、化粧水、バーム、石鹸、などご自身で作れるようになるワークショップを開催いたします。

まずは第一弾として、
【全身用のムースクリーム作り】を
6月7日の水曜日　10時から11時半にて開催いたします。
ムースクリームは驚くほど伸びが良く、保湿力は抜群で、化粧下地としても、日焼け止めとしても使える優れものです！
自分だけの香りを選んで、必要なハーブ🌿のパワーを取り込みましょう😊

☆日時 6月7日　10時から11時半
☆講座費 55€ (レシピと30ml分のクリーム含)

それとは別に、希望の方にはワークショップで作ったクリームを4個分を作れる材料を小分けでお売りできます。

しばらく不在にしておりましたが、この度、5月中旬より長期的にベルギーへ戻る事となりましたことを皆様へご報告させていただきます。
コロナ渦が始まって以来、本当に予約が取りづらいなど、長い間ご不便をお掛けいたしました。

●Asuka退社のご案内

寂しいご報告となってしまいますが、スタイリストAsukaが5月27日をもちまして、退社することとなりました。
Asukaはコロナ後の大変な時期をMayumiとともに支えてくれた大切なスタッフであり、仲間を失うことは非常に悲しい限りですが、今後は活動拠点をオランダに変え美容師としての活動を続けていくということですので、素晴らしい未来へと進んでくれればと、心から願っております。
皆様にはAsukaへの多大なるご支援を賜り、厚く感謝申し上げます。
また、ご指名をいただいておりますお客様にはご迷惑をお掛けして大変申し訳ございません。

● Asuka is leaving…
We regret to announce that our stylist Asuka will be leaving the salon on May 27th.
Asuka is our treasure stylist who supported and kept the salon going alongside of Mayumi during the difficult times after COVID-19.
She will continue her journey as a hairdresser in Netherlands.
Although it is very sad to lose a staff so special to us, we sincerely hope all the best for her new start.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all of you for your tremendous support for Asuka.
In addition, we apologize for any inconvenience caused to those who requested her for the booking.
We have kept a record of the service details, so please do not worry and we hope to continue seeing you at our salon.

●Haircut with Mayumi
As of June 1st, the price for haircut with Mayumi will be at the chief rate as following;
