【キッズカット】
・一人で入店し、マスクをしたまま施術が受けられるお子さま限定とさせていただきます。
・サロンへご来店直前に必ずシャンプーをしてご来店いただけるお子さま。
・または、身長140cm以上のお子さまでしたら当店にてシャンプーも承ることができます。
・スタイリストが２名勤務の際はお子さま２名様までは同時進行ができます。お連れ様の待合はサロン内にはございませんのでご了承いただきますようよろしくお願いいたします。

【マツエク】
・マスクを必ずご着用ください。
・お客様のお顔の上での施術となります。飛沫防止のため最低限のコミュニケーションにて静かに施術させていただきます。
・ご予約当日はマスカラ・アイライナーなどせずにご来店ください。（メイクオフは追加５€となります。）
・お手洗いの使用が原則として禁止されております。長時間横になった状態となるのでお手洗いはなるべく済ませてからご来店ください。
・ブランケットはございません。長時間横になっていると肌寒く感じることがありますので、上着をお持ちいただくか、上掛け用のタオルをご持参ください。

We will resume kids haircut and eyelash extensions from August.
The health and wellbeing of customers and our staff is the utmost importance and we are applying the following measures for kids haircut and eyelash extensions;

【kids haircut】
・Children who can stay in the salon by themselves and who can wear and keep the mask on throughout the haircut.
・Please wash hair just before coming to the salon.
・Or, we can do shampoo at the salon if the children is over 140cm.
・We can book 2 children at the same time if there are 2 stylists in the salon. We do not have a waiting space in the salon for the parents. Waiting will be outside.

【Eyelash extensions】
・Wearing a mask is mandatory.
・We wear a mask as well. During the service, we will quietly operate with minimal communication.
・Please do not wear any mascara or eyeliner on the day of your booking. (Removal of makeup is 5 euro.)
・The toilet at the salon is not available to use at the moment. Please use the restroom at home before coming to the salon as you will lie down for a long time when getting eyelash extensions done.
・There is no blanket. Please bring a towel or an extra layer with you to put over you as you will be lying down for a long time, which may make you feel cold.

「ヘアカラーテイクアウト」
スタイリストによるメールや、オンラインでの事前カウンセリングののち、サロンで使用している同じヘアカラーをテイクアウトいただき、ご自宅でご自身で染髪していただくというサービスです。
・NORIKOがお伝えするホームカラーテクニックのチュートリアル動画付き（YouTubeにてご覧いただけます）
・薬剤は、スタイリストが調合したものでプロ仕様のものです。
・事前にカウンセリングを済ませてサロンに取りに来ていただくので、サロンでのお時間は数分しかいただきません（新規の方や、カラーのチェンジを希望される方はサロンにて10分弱の最終カウンセリングをさせていただきます）。

①サロンへ「カラーテイクアウト希望」という内容でピックアップご希望日程をメールにてお送りください。

②美容師からカウンセリングメールをお送りいたしますので、そちらにご返信ください。（もし、薬剤を決めるのにさらに質問や、オンラインでのカウンセリングが必要な場合は予定の調整をさせていただきます）
※カウンセリング後にチュートリアル動画のリンクをお送りいたします。
準備するものや用意などを事前にご確認いただくことができます。

③ご予約確定後、当日のピックアップ時にカラーをお作りいたします。

＊当店でカラー後に使用させていただいておりますミルボンのカーボネイディットシャンプー（炭酸の泡シャンプー）を一緒ご購入いただくことをお勧めいたします。
ヘアカラーをすると、カラー剤により、髪がアルカリ性に傾き、キューティクルが開いた状態になります。キューティクルが開いた状態では、どんどん髪の中のタンパク質や水分が流れ出し、ダメージやパサつきの原因となってしまいます。
髪や地肌にとっての理想は弱酸性です。
しかし、通常のシャンプーやトリートメントではアルカリを中和し弱酸性にすることができず、開いたキューティクルを閉じるなど、カラー後のケアができません。
カーボネイディットシャンプーはアルカリ性に傾いた髪と地肌を弱酸性に戻し、キューティクルのはがれを抑止し、ダメージをおさえてくれます。また、頭皮の多層剥離も抑えてくれるので、地肌のカサつきもオフしてくれます。
また週に２日ほどお使い頂くことで、ダメージの進行を抑え、カラーの色持ちもよくなります。
料金は、150g 30€/280g 40€となっております。

いつもお世話になっております。

5月13日の政府発表に従い、当店の営業を5月18日より再開いたします。
大変長らくお待たせいたしました。
また皆様にお会いできるときをスタッフ一同楽しみにお待ち申し上げております。

・ 店舗消毒、換気の徹底
・ お客様ごとの器具の消毒

・ 雑誌、ドリンク、ひざ掛けの提供の休止
・ スタッフのマスクの着用
・ 飛沫防止のため最低限のコミュニケーションにて静かに施術をさせていただきます。
・　 スタッフが、２週間以内の海外渡航や感染の可能性が有る接触があった場合は、２週間以上自宅で待機してからサロンに出勤するようにしております。

【お客様のご来店時のお願い】
・ 風邪の症状や37度以上の発熱がある方、2週間以内に海外への渡航歴のある方（または同居する方で同様の場合）はご来店をお控えください。

③ The measures against Coronavirus
The health and wellbeing of customers and our staff is the utmost importance and we are applying the following measures.

【In the salon】
・ Bookings only (For buying the product as well.)
・ Thoroughly disinfect and ventilate
・ Disinfection of equipment for each customer
・ Wearing a mask is mandatory for the customers and the staff
・ During haircut, the staff will quietly operate with minimal communication to prevent airborne droplet.
・　 If any of us has traveled overseas for less than two weeks or if there is a possibility of infection, we do not have this staff in our salon for 2 weeks.

【About booking】
・ We take 1 booking at a time.
・ Cancellation policy will not apply to any cancellation. If you are not feeling well or have any type of symptoms, please kindly reschedule your booking.
・ We do shampoo before all haircut.
・ We currently take booking by email. Any booking including rebooking cannot be made in the salon.
・ To limit the number of bookings, we will not take any bookings for the following services until the end of July. This may be extended futher.
→Eyelash extensions, nails, head spa and haircut under 12 y/o.

【When you come to the salon】
・ Wearing a mask is mandatory in the salon. We recommend to bring an extra as it can be wet or dirty with water or hair color solution（we have masks available for 2 euros/pc in the salon）.
・ Please reschedule your booking if you have a cold or have a fever of 37 degrees or higher, or if you or a person living with you have traveled abroad in the past two weeks.
・ Please come by yourself for the booking. We have only one customer at a time in the salon.
・ Please come on time for your booking. We thoroughly disinfect the equipment. You cannot enter the store until the disinfection is completed.
・ We are not able to keep your booking if you are late more than 15mins.
・ Please use our hand sanitizer when entering the salon.
・ We will leave the window open. Please take an extra layer for your comfort.
・ We kindly ask 3 euros for each booking to keep our salon virus-free. Thank you for your understanding.

●5月18日までの営業停止
4月24日のベルギー政府からの正式発表にて、美容院の営業停止が最低でも5月18日まで延長されました。
そのため、現在、5月18日までのご予約をいただいておりますお客様のご予約をお受けすることができません。

Our salon will be closed at least until May 18th due to the government order.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to clients who currently have a booking until May 18th as well as clients who are considering to make a new booking.
The order may be extended even further.
We will update the information as soon as there is a formal announcement from the government about salon reopening.
We will reply to each booking inquires once the reopening date and how to operate was decided by the government.

Please contact us by e-mail with the date you have already booked, the menu and the stylist(if you have preference), and the schedule (please give us 3 time-slots that you prefer).

●Stylist schedule
Please see the following for reservation of NORIKO and MASAKI.

・We are afraid that we have to cancel all bookings with Noriko made after May 25th as her business trip may be extended and we are unable to guarantee when she is able to return to Belgium.
We are not taking any new bookings with her either at the moment.
There is a possibility that her absence will continue for a long time. We will notify you as soon as the schedule is confirmed.

・ Booking with Stylist MASAKI can be made after June 15th as he is now in Japan and there is no flight back to Belgium at the moment.
* May be postponed due to future changes in the Belgian government and airlines. At this moment, no flight departs from Japan to Europe until May 30th.
Also, he will be self-quarantined for 2 weeks after coming back to Europe.

4月15日のベルギー政府からの正式発表にて、外出制限が5月3日まで延長されました。
それに伴い、当店でも営業停止の期間延長が必要となりました。
現在、5月3日までのご予約をいただいておりますお客様のご予約をお受けすることができなくなってしまい、ご迷惑をお掛けしてしまい、大変申し訳ございません。

閉店期間延長のお知らせ

いつも当店をご利用いただき誠にありがとうございます。

ベルギー政府の外出制限延長の決定を受け、誠に勝手ではございますが当店の閉店期間を4月19日まで延長いたします。
より多くのお客様にご利用していただくため20日よりサロン再開を予定しておりますが、政府の会見によると5月3日まで制限が延長する可能性もあるとのことでした。
ご予約をご希望のお客様はそちらもご考慮頂き予約のご希望をお知らせいただけましたら幸甚です。
また、ご予約確定のお返事は次回の政府方針が発表された後にお送りさせていただきます。

We plan to re-open our salon on April 20th in order to accommodate as many clients as possible.
However, the lockdown can be extended until May 3rd according to the government’s announcement.

この度は、コロナウィルスの影響により世界的なパンデミックが発生して、当店も営業停止を余儀なくなり、皆様には大変ご不便をおかけしております。

Hope you all are well and not affected by a worldwide pandemic occurred due to the influence of the corona virus, which forced us to suspend our business as well.
We sincerely pray that you will be able to spend every day safely.
We plan to resume our salon on April 6th at the moment.

We have an exciting announcement that Yukiko has started her own hair salon in this month. She has been working with us over 3 years and helped Noriko Matsushita throughout the years.
She is a skilled stylist and has been an important member of our team and a good friend to all of us.
